Estimates & approvals
All work begins with a written estimate. Work beyond the estimate proceeds only with your explicit approval, by phone, email or in person.
Service packages
Essential, Complete and Signature packages are one-time services, not subscriptions. Vehicle size or condition surcharges are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Workmanship warranty
Services carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Coatings carry the stated product warranty. Damage from accidents, misuse or third-party work is excluded.
Shop orders
Prices are in USD. Orders ship or are available for pickup as stated at checkout. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days; fitted or used items are excluded for safety.
Vehicles on site
Vehicles left over 14 days past the notified pickup date may incur storage fees. Personal belongings should be removed; we are not liable for items left in vehicles.
