Kerb rash on all four wheels and uneven tire wear from a knocked alignment had this luxury sedan looking tired and pulling left. We restored the full rolling package.
The challenge
Deep kerb rash on every wheel, feathered tire edges from poor alignment, and a steering wheel that sat two degrees off-centre.
Work performed
- Wheels stripped, rash repaired, refinished and sealed against brake dust.
- Four new tires fitted to load and speed spec, with new valves.
- Computer balancing with road-force verification on all four corners.
- Four-wheel laser alignment with printed before/after figures.
The result
Refinished wheels, fresh rubber and a laser-straight alignment. The car tracks dead straight and rides vibration-free at motorway speed.
- All kerb damage repaired invisibly; wheels sealed for winter.
- Alignment within 0.02° on all corners, printout supplied.
- Road-force balance under 10 lbs per corner — no vibration.
